SHIPPING POLICY

We ship across the United Arab Emirates and Oman only. 

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on Fridays, weekends, or public holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation once your order is on its way.

DELIVERY TIME
Estimated delivery is 2–4 business days after your order is processed, depending on your emirate.

SHIPPING RATES
- Standard shipping: AED 15 AED on orders under 200 AED
- FREE shipping on all orders of 200 AED or more, anywhere in the UAE

CASH ON DELIVERY
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across the UAE — pay in cash when your order arrives.

TRACKING
Once your order ships, we'll share tracking details (where available) so you can follow your delivery.

DELIVERY ADDRESS & FAILED DELIVERIES
Please make sure your address and phone number are correct at checkout. Our courier will contact you to arrange delivery. If a delivery can't be completed after reasonable attempts (wrong address or no response), the order may be returned to us — we'll contact you to re-arrange.
