Do you have Cash on Delivery (COD) in the UAE?

Yes - COD is available on eligible orders in the UAE. If COD is not available for a location or order, you will see it at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive within 1-3 business days across the UAE. During peak periods (sales and holidays), delivery may take a little longer.

Is there free shipping?

Yes - we offer free UAE delivery on orders above AED 200.

How do I choose the right perfume online?

Start with the scent chips under the product name (for example: Oud, Vanilla, Musk). If you tell us what you usually wear (or share 1-2 perfume names), we can recommend the closest match.

Are your perfumes long-lasting?

Performance depends on the scent profile and skin type, but we focus on blends that last and project well for UAE wear. For best results, spray on pulse points and moisturized skin.

Do you have perfumes for men, women, and unisex?

Yes. You can browse by category: Men, Women, and Unisex - or shop by the scent style you like.

Can I return or exchange a perfume?

For hygiene reasons, fragrances generally need to be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately and we will fix it.

My order arrived damaged or incorrect - what should I do?

Message us with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will respond quickly and make it right.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order has not shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.

Do you have gift recommendations?
